a)      Handle research/information queries
b)      Subscription Management
c)      Manage eBooks
d)      CAS & SDI services, compile Newsletters/bulletins
e)      Evaluate Databases & facilitate product demos
f)       Coordinate with vendors
g)      Update & maintain Library Portal
h)      Present statistics/report to management
i)        Communication with user community
j)        Organize events/outreach activities for users
