Librarian at Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research (We School), Bengaluru

Applications are invited from the deserving candidates for the post of Librarian at Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (We School), for its campus at Bengaluru.

This role involves overall management of the Learning Resource Centre (library) including setting and institutionalizing systems, overseeing the administration and negotiating contracts for services and resources, supervision of the library team. Applicant must have Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science  with 7 to 10 years of experience in a reputed Management or Academic Library..
The candidate should be familiar with library automation and with necessary skills to develop digital library and efficiently handle activities such as collection development, user oriented information services to facilitate the efficient functioning of the library. The incumbent  should be able to support  faculty and students in academic activities and possess excellent communication skills to be able to guide them effectively.
