Form can be obtained from the Registrar, Account Section, Room No 19, Gujarat University, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380009 on working days during office hours either personally by paying a Non Refundable Fees Rs. 100/- or by sending demand draft of Rs. 100/- favoring “Registrar, Gujarat University” payable at Ahmedabad with self addressed stamped envelope of 13 cms x 28 cms worth Rs. 40/-

Application form duly filled in five copies along with necessary and a processing fee of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 50/- in case of SC/ST candidate) (Non Refundable) for each post by ‘A/c payee’ Bank Draft in favor of Registrar, Gujarat University payable at Ahmedabad should reach ‘Registrar, Gujarat University, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380009 on or before24th May, 2013
