PRL desires to announce programme for Library Trainees for its Libraries in Ahmedabad (5 Trainees) for one year.

Qualification: Graduate + Masters degree in Library Science/ Library and Information Science (60% marks & above). Candidates appearing for final year exams (i.e. of 2013) for Masters degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science may also apply. However, their final selection will be subject to declaration of final year result and meeting the advertised norms.

Stipend: Rs.10000/- per month.
Age limit: 26 years as on 31/01/2013; relaxation as per GOI rules. (ÆOpportunitiesÆJob vacancies) to register their applications online between 06/03/2013 and 21/03/2013. Applications will be received on-line only. Applications received other than online shall be summarily rejected. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Format & Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference & should not be sent to us unless asked for. Candidates may

note that the above position is purely temporary and does not lead to permanent absorption of the candidates in the Laboratory. The candidates will not be treated on par with regular employees of PRL and shall have no right to claim implicit or explicit for their absorption or regularization.
