Job Description
- Manage, maintain and store files in proper folders
- File name must be content relevant
- Maintain an excel sheet of list of files
- Backup all files in every 60 days
- One point storage for all important files
- Data Entry
- Scanning of all documents.
- Must be well aware of files and folder placement in computer.
- Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality
- Should be proficient with Excel, Word, Power point, Photoshop, Internet surfing
- Content Management System knowledge and operating will be added qualification.
- Knowledge in Box.com and NetSuite is a plus
- Bachelor in Library science (B.Lib.Sc.) preferred
