Tata Consultancy Services is looking for LIC Officers [20 posts] forits offices in India

Qualification, experience and age:

M.L.I.S / Masters in (Library Science / Information Science /Information Management) / ADIS / equivalent, preferably with firstclass in 10th,12th, graduation & post graduation0 - 3 years experience, preferably in an academic/ special libraryIT skills / exposure to information work will be an added advantageWillingness to work in any centre within the city with flexibletimingsExcellent communication skillsAge not exceeding 27 years.

Location of postings:
These positions are at LIC offices at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore,Chennai, Kolkata, and Trivandrum.

Selection process:
A written test for the short listed candidates will be heldsimultaneously across India (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi,Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune & Trivandrum) on Friday the3rd of Aug 2007.
Selected candidates from the written test will be called for apersonal interview in the following week at respective locations.Travel cost (return fare) by 2nd class train/bus, will be reimbursedon production of valid tickets for those attending the personal interview.
