• Online database searches,Bibliography,Patents,Standards,E-Journals and E-books.
• Documents delivery service(DDS) under aggressive timelines.
• Clearing copyright for documents
• Translation work coordinator with vendors.
• Involved in Book procurement,classification and cataloguing.
• Circulations of Reference Section.
• Retrieval of information through various resources.
• Tracking incoming work/Service request.
• Review docket due to reports from page (internal software) to identify new requests.
• Assign new request to vendors.
• Follow up with vendors.
• Send completed work to requestors.
• Maintain the tracker up to date-Billing Assistance.
• Assistance in publishing Newsletter content aggregation, preparation of release.
• WKC portal content updation.

Downloading report from Livelink.

Metdata collection.

Template creation.

Formating/Final version creating.

Uploading report to Livelink and portal.

Report distribution.
